VULCAN Ti-Lite Series polycarbonate sheets block solar transmitted energy, provides exceptional shade, and reduces temperature.

Ti-Lite sheets are perfect for areas requiring low visible light and low heat transmission.

VULCAN Polycarbonate Solid FLAT sheet is 250 times over of glass, 10 times over FRP and Acrylic Sheets in impact strength.

Solid Flat sheets are also capable of stopping bullets and often used for security purposes.

Its high impact strength and light weight, ease of installation, fireproof and weather resistant properties make them the perfect choice for civil construction and safety glazing.

VULCAN Polycarbonate Solid FLAT sheets come in sheets and rolls, and is customizable.

Ti-Lite Series
VULCAN Ti-Lite is Co-Extruded with heat reducing materials to block solar radiation and have better heat reflective properties than other light transmitting glazing materials. It is the best choice for energy efficient light transmitting constructions and provide exceptional shading properties - an average of 25% visible light transmission rate.  Ti-Lite blocks a portion of heat building near-Infrared radiation, is capable of reducing temperatures up to 15°c, and trasmits cool shaded ligthing, thus improving well being while reducing AC costs. Ti-Lite comes in four different colors – Metallic Silver, Metallic Blue, Metallic Green and Metallic Bronze.

 

Product Strengths

Ti-Lite Material 
Designed to significantly reduce solar-transmitted energy even to a level of 10% from the solar level that originally hit the upper side of the sheet facing the sun.

Ti-Lite Technology
TiO2 (Titanium Dioxide) along with other heat reducing material to cope with the blazing solar radiation while also providng excellent shading propertis.

Light Transmission Rate
Controlled VIS (380~780nm) Excellent shading Properties - Less than 46% light transmission rate.

Heat Reflective Properties
Controlled NIR (780~2500nm) Capable of reducing temperatures up to 15°c*.

Base Material
VULCAN polycarbonate sheets use only 100% Virgin Covestro UV stabilizer included master-batch.

UV Resistant Coating
​Co-extruded with the Base Material, the Clariant CESA Light UV and Light Stabilizers blocks harmful UV rays from 280~400nm. With co-extruded UV protection, VULCAN Polycarbonate sheets last 10 years or more.

Production Method
Co-Extrusion ensures evenly spread, evenly thick base material and UV coating.

Clean Room Manufacturing
VULCAN Sheets are produced in Class 5000 clean rooms to ensure an impeccable quality.
